How RSVPs get filed

Updated July 13, 2026

Nobody at the studio types up the RSVPs. When you send one from the open house page, your note lands in the brain as evidence, and a few seconds later an agent turns it into an attendee record.

What it is allowed to do

It reads two folders and writes to one. That is the whole permission set, and it is written in this file's frontmatter, not in a settings screen somewhere:

  • Reads the pending submissions and the attendee records it has already written
  • Writes attendee records, and nothing else
  • Never touches the client work, the playbooks, or anything private

What it leaves behind

Every record it writes points back at the note that caused it, and the original note is archived rather than deleted. If we ever wonder where an entry came from, the answer is in the file.
