About Northwind Studio
Four people: two designers, two design engineers. We started in 2021 doing brand work, kept getting asked to build the thing we had just designed, and stopped pretending those were separate jobs.

How we run the studio
Everything we know sits in one folder of markdown files. Client notes, the playbooks, the decisions we have made and the reasons behind them. That folder is our brain, and Sevra keeps it alive.
Our own AI works inside it. When a new client signs, nobody writes a brief. We point the agent at the brain and ask for a kickoff doc, and it has already read every project we have run.
